Tax Payment Reminder
A reminder to all property owners that the deadline to pay your property taxes is December 31.

If paying online, please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to process and deposit the payment to avoid penalties.

Office Closure Notice
The Village Office will be closed from December 23 to January 5, with regular office hours resuming on January 6, 2026.

Utility bills for December have been emailed to those who have signed up for electronic delivery. Please be advised that due to a recent system update, there was a glitch with the default settings. Revised emails have since been sent—please disregard the first email you received.

If your paper statement delivery is delayed due to a postal interruption, it is still your responsibility to know your account balance, and make your payments on time. Sign up for email delivery of your monthly utility bill, receipts and even your tax notices.
